We ask our Guests to sign our rental agreement ~ our experience has been that most Guests treat our home as theirs but a few notes or rules to guide you all are best.
PLEASE:
Do not move furniture or any objects from each room. Please leave everything where it is found. If you do move something be sure TO PUT IT BACK WHERE IT WAS FOUND. This includes but is not limited to furniture, linens, pillows, blankets, lamps and kitchen items.
We expect our Guests to recycle ~ recycle is HUGE in Milford, CT and MUST be adhered to or they will not take the trash!
We do ask our Guests to please remember that our Neighbors are NOT all on vacation. Noise travels farther over the water because there are no barriers to stop it. Keep that in mind when you speak ~
We allow pets as long as it has been discussed in advance and it is in our contract.
Each property has a cleaning / laundry fee, in addition to the rental fee. Feel free to inquire as to this cost before booking.
We ask our Guests to NOT smoke in the house. AND if smoking is done outside, please use care in disposing of smoking items. DO NOT THROW cigarette butts in the water. It kills fish that eat them.
