This really was GrandMa's House! This well loved beach house will not disappoint any one. It has been owned by the same family for nearly one hundred years and they have done their best to make routine improvements and upgrades.It has four Bedrooms. All the bedrooms on the second floor are a good size ~ the one on the first floor isn't quite as large but it provides for that family member who simply cannot do stairs, right next to the first floor bedroom is a full bathroom with a stall shower. With the other three bedrooms on the second floor it provides a quiet place to sit and read, or take a nap, or give a needed timeout!The Kitchen is large and modern with two refrigerators! WOW is that a great idea, or what?? the kitchen has a dishwasher, and is very well appointed with lots of quality pots, pans, cooking and serving peices. It is the kitchen of a family that cooks and doesn't eat out.The First floor is open and spacious with great flow. The French doors lead you right out of the house onto the waterfront deck, Thus leading you right to the water! The deck has a colorful awning which will protect you from the sun, yet will allow you can be outside enjoying the water.The Second floor bathroom was done in a clever manner. Two Non-Family members can use the bathroom at the same time, It has two entrances and a pocket door between them. The left side is a sink/toilet. the right side is a sink with a bathtub/shower. It is a great feature because you can close the pocket door and have two bathrooms.Located in a protected Bay between Pond PT and Welshes PT the water is inviting at both low and high tide. All you need is your flip flops ! Then step off this beachside deck into the sand and discover the world of Long Island Sound ~

2nd floor bathroom is almost two! One side is toilet and sink. Then with the use of a pocket door the other side has a sink and shower. Very clever and useful design.
This wonderful large home is ALL yours for your elected dates. The entire yard, street side and beach side is yours as well!There is Street-side parking for three cars in the driveway. the owner also owns the property across the street diagonally where you can park aditional cars if needed.
Cars are the best way to get around locally. Milford does have a train station with an express to NYC taking approx 1.5 hrs.
GUESTS MUST RECYCLE ! Milford is very strict regarding recycling.
Each Guest must be willing to sign our rental agreement.We have a book in each home that provides Basic information about the house and the area ~ the wifi password, what day the trash is picked up ~ all types of useful information!
