The house was completely renovated ten years ago, including the addition of Central Air. All features of the house reflect this. The yellow painted house reminds me of sunshine. The bedrooms feel soft and pleasant. The bedrooms all have hardwood floors and lightly colored painted walls. The effect is peaceful and serene. Bedroom 1 - King, Bedroom 2 - Queen, Bedroom 3 - Double Bedroom 4 - Double. It has TWO full bathrooms :) One shower stall, the other a bath tub with a shower.
The house has a large open floor plan on the first floor. This open floor plan includes a large working kitchen and creates an atmosphere of unity and family fun. The first floor opens with sliding glass doors to a waterfront covered porch, a few steps down you reach a stamped concrete terrace. This locaton provides all guests with the most spectacular sunsets. This property is also encased with a fence making it more secure for families traveling with toddlers.

Cars are the best way to get around locally. Milford does have a train station with an express to NYC taking approx 1.5 hrs.
GUESTS MUST RECYCLE ! Milford is very strict regarding recycling.
Each Guest must be willing to sign our rental agreement.We have a book in each home that provides Basic information about the house and the area ~ the wifi password, what day the trash is picked up ~ all types of useful information!
